NEET Coaching Fees in Hyderabad: Complete Fee Comparison 2026

What NEET coaching costs across Hyderabad's institutes, what the brochure leaves out, and the two levers that actually reduce the number.

The direct answer

NEET coaching in Hyderabad runs roughly ₹60,000–₹2,00,000 per year at established institutes and ₹25,000–₹50,000 at local centres. Over two years most families pay ₹1,40,000–₹4,20,000 including books, test series and NEET registration. Two levers reduce it meaningfully: scholarship tests (20–80% off tuition, January–March) and choosing an integrated vs standalone model correctly for your situation.

NEET Coaching Fees in Hyderabad — Institute Comparison

Per-year ranges for two-year NEET programmes, reflecting what Hyderabad families report paying in 2026. Fees vary by branch, batch and scholarship test result — treat these as brackets and always ask for a written structure.

Integrated vs Standalone for BiPC Students

The same costing trap as on the engineering side, and it catches just as many BiPC families.

  • Integrated (Sri Chaitanya, Narayana): one fee covers BiPC intermediate college and NEET coaching. The quoted figure is the whole cost of your child's schooling for two years.
  • Standalone (Aakash, Nine Education, local centres): the fee covers NEET coaching only. Your child still needs a BiPC intermediate college for board exams — another ₹30,000–₹1,00,000 a year.

The comparison people get wrong: a ₹1,40,000 integrated programme is not more expensive than a ₹1,10,000 standalone one. Add a ₹50,000 BiPC college and the standalone option becomes ₹1,60,000. Write down what each quote includes before comparing any numbers.

Beyond cost, the trade-off is real. Integrated programmes sequence board and entrance preparation together, which is convenient but means the two compete for the same hours. Standalone lets you pick the strongest NEET teaching and a solid BiPC college independently — at the price of managing two institutions. Verify intermediate results as well as NEET results before committing to an integrated model; official data is published by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana.

The Costs Brochures Leave Out

Budget ₹15,000–₹40,000 per year on top of tuition:

Study material and modules — ₹5,000–₹15,000/year

Frequently billed separately from tuition. Ask explicitly whether material is included, and whether it is optional.

Test series — ₹5,000–₹15,000/year

Often a separate product, and the single most valuable component of most NEET programmes. Not a cost to cut — just one to know about before you sign.

NEET registration

Paid to the testing agency, not the institute. Current fees are published at neet.nta.nic.in.

Transport or hostel

Institute transport runs ₹15,000–₹30,000 a year. Accommodation is a much larger line — see our guide to coaching with hostel facilities in Hyderabad.

The dropper year

NEET has a higher repeat rate than JEE, so this one matters more here. Ask what a repeat year costs and whether any part of the original fee carries over — before you enrol, not after results.

Estimate Your Total Cost

Select the programme type and institute tier for a full-programme estimate including books and exam fees. Tick the hostel box if accommodation applies.

How to Actually Reduce the Bill

Sit several scholarship tests — the largest single lever

Waivers of 20–80% on tuition, mostly awarded January–March, usually free to attempt and with no penalty for a low score. Sitting four or five gives you several offers to compare. On a ₹1,50,000 fee, a mid-band waiver saves ₹1,20,000 across two years. Full detail in our coaching scholarships guide.

Buy the test series separately if the main programme is online

An online NEET programme at ₹15,000 plus a local institute's test series at ₹10,000 recovers most of what offline coaching provides at a fraction of the cost. See online vs offline coaching for whether that suits your child.

Check state and central scholarships in parallel

Telangana ePASS and the National Scholarship Portal operate on separate timelines from institute waivers and can be pursued alongside them rather than instead.

One thing not to do: choose the cheapest institute available. Faculty turnover is what cheap NEET coaching usually buys, and over a two-year programme that costs more than the fee difference. Ask about batch size and faculty tenure before treating price as a quality signal.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are NEET coaching fees in Hyderabad in 2026?

Roughly ₹60,000–₹2,00,000 per year at established institutes and ₹25,000–₹50,000 at budget centres. Over two years, ₹1,40,000–₹4,20,000 once books, test series and registration are included.

Why is NEET coaching cheaper than JEE coaching?

The NEET syllabus maps more closely to NCERT and needs less specialised problem-solving instruction than JEE Advanced preparation, and batches are often larger. The gap is only ₹10,000–₹30,000 a year and closes entirely at small-batch institutes.

Do the fees include BiPC intermediate college?

Only for integrated programmes at Sri Chaitanya and Narayana. Standalone institutes charge for coaching alone, with college fees of ₹30,000–₹1,00,000 a year on top. Adjust before comparing quotes.

How much can a scholarship reduce NEET fees?

Typically 20–80% of tuition, weighted by test score and Class 10 result. Tests run mostly January–March and are usually free. Waivers cover tuition only — not hostel, material or exam fees.

Is a one-year crash course enough?

It costs ₹40,000–₹1,00,000 but realistically produces 450–520, which reaches private medical colleges and allied health programmes rather than a government MBBS seat, where roughly 600+ is needed in Telangana. Different outcome, not a cheaper route to the same one.

What extra costs should I budget?

₹15,000–₹40,000 a year beyond tuition: material, test series, NEET registration, transport or hostel, and repeat-year fees. Ask for an itemised written structure before paying.

Confirm BiPC is right before comparing fees

NEET coaching is a two-year commitment. If the stream decision is still open, settle it first — it takes ten minutes.
