How it works

From “dentist near me” to the chair.

Each step hands the patient to the next, so no enquiry depends on someone remembering.

  1. Search

Search ads for each treatment, plus call ads for urgent care during clinic hours.

  2. Check

A treatment page with fees, visits, risks and your dentists’ qualifications.

  3. Alert

Each enquiry reaches a named person at the clinic at once.

  4. Reply

We reply to every enquiry quickly and help the patient book if they want to.

  5. Visit & report

A reminder before the visit. A weekly count of enquiries, bookings and visits.

Why dental clinics use it

Two kinds of patient. One setup for both.

  1. Urgent: pain, a broken tooth, swelling.

They want a slot today and they call more than they fill forms. A call button, exact hours and a same-day reply matter most.

  2. Planned: implants, aligners, braces, root canal.

They compare clinics, fees and dentists over days or weeks. A clear treatment page with fees answers most questions before they call.

  3. Written to the dental code.

Ads and pages carry factual information the 2014 code allows, and you approve every word. What that means.

Questions

A few details before we speak.

Are dentists allowed to advertise in India?

Yes, within limits. The Revised Dentists (Code of Ethics) Regulations, 2014 say a dentist or group of dentists may advertise provided they maintain decorum (clause 8.1). Websites with factual information, treatment facilities and fees are allowed (8.2.9). Demeaning solicitation, false promises (8.1.1), claims of being best or first (8.2.7) and agents or canvassers who obtain patients commercially (8.1.4) are not. This is general information, not legal advice.

Do the NMC guidelines of 6 October 2026 apply to dentists?

Not directly. They are written for registered medical practitioners and for hospitals and medical institutions. Dentists follow the 2014 dental code, and the National Dental Commission issued its own advisory on 14 October 2026. A dental clinic registered as a clinical establishment also follows its state Clinical Establishments law. We write dental ads to the same factual standard either way.

Can a dental clinic show before-and-after smile photos?

Not in promotion. The National Dental Commission’s advisory of 14 October 2026, as reported by Medical Dialogues, cautioned dentists against publishing patient testimonials and before-and-after photographs and against recording and broadcasting procedures. Show your premises, equipment and your dentists’ qualifications instead.

How should a dental clinic handle Google reviews?

Reply to every review politely without confirming the person is a patient or discussing their treatment. Never buy, fake or reward reviews. Do not copy reviews into ads or onto your website as testimonials.

How much does Aglocom charge a dental clinic?

₹45,000 for setup and the first 30 days of management. It is an early-bird price, only for the first three businesses that sign up. Ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly, from your own ad account. Our fee is fixed and never paid per patient or per appointment.

How many patients will we get?

No one can honestly promise a number. It depends on your treatments, fees, location, budget and how quickly enquiries are answered. We note where you start and report every week, so you see exactly what the setup produced.
