Healthcare marketing agency for clinics and hospitals in India

Aglocom sets up factual Google Search ads, a landing page and quick enquiry replies for hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres, then manages them for 30 days, within the NMC guidelines of 6 October 2026. Setup and the first 30 days cost ₹45,000 (early-bird). Ad spend is separate, paid to Google from your account.

Free, 30 minutes, no obligation. If we can’t help, we’ll say so.

How it works

From patient search to booked appointment.

Each step hands the patient to the next, so no enquiry depends on someone remembering.

  1. Search

Factual Google Search ads by service and area. No remarketing on health.

  2. Check

A page with your doctors’ names, qualifications, registration numbers, fees and timings.

  3. Alert

Each enquiry reaches a named person at your clinic, with a phone alert.

  4. Reply

We reply to every enquiry quickly and help the patient book if they want to.

  5. Visit & report

A reminder before the visit. A weekly count of enquiries, bookings and visits.

Why clinics use it

Factual ads, quick replies, numbers you can check.

  1. Built for the NMC guidelines.

Ads and pages carry only the factual information an establishment may publish. You approve every word, and our fee is fixed. What that means.

  2. The 9 pm enquiry gets an answer.

A form comes in at 9 pm, nobody sees it until the next afternoon, and the patient has booked elsewhere. An instant reply and a call-back from your team fix most of that, with no extra ad spend.

  3. You see what a visit costs.

Each week: spend, enquiries, booked and attended, by source. Counts only, no patient names. Try your own numbers in the cost-per-appointment calculator.

NMC guidelines, 6 October 2026

Built for the NMC guidelines.

The guidelines let hospitals and clinical establishments publish factual, verifiable information. That is all our ads and pages contain.

What we write
  • Services, facilities, accreditation, timings and fees (sections 8.3 and 9.1).
  • Your doctors’ names, qualifications and registration numbers (Explanation IV).
  • Only what you approve: the clinic stays responsible for it (section 4.4).
  • For a fixed fee, never linked to patients (section 8.1(viii)).
What we will not publish for you
  • Testimonials, or paid or fake reviews (Explanation V).
  • Before-and-after photos or success rates.
  • “Best”, “No. 1”, “leading” or “top” (section 8.1(ix)).
  • Discounts, offers or AI-generated promotion.

Individual doctors: the 6 October guidelines bar an individual registered doctor from engaging a third party to market their services (section 8.1(ii)), so we work with establishments. If you are unsure, check with your council or a lawyer.

Not legal advice. This is our reading of the NMC notice of 6 October 2026; every rule and source is in our guide to medical advertising rules in India. For a specific ad, check with your council or a lawyer.

Questions

A few details before we speak.

Is it legal for a clinic in India to run Google Ads?

Yes, for factual information. Under the NMC guidelines of 6 October 2026, hospitals and clinical establishments may publish factual, verifiable information such as services, facilities, accreditation, contact details and charges (sections 8.3 and 9.1). Your state Clinical Establishments law also applies, and it prevails where the two conflict (section 4.3). This is general information, not legal advice.

How much does Aglocom charge?

₹45,000 for setup and the first 30 days of management. It is an early-bird price, only for the first three businesses that sign up. Ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly, from your own ad account. Our fee is fixed. It is never paid per lead, per patient or per appointment.

How many appointments will we get?

No one can honestly promise a number. It depends on your services, location, budget and how quickly your team answers enquiries. We note where you start and report every week, so you see exactly what the setup produced.

Who replies to the patients?

Every enquiry gets a quick automatic reply that you approve. Then someone at your clinic calls back, answers questions and helps the patient book if they want to. We do not give medical information, and we do not chase people who have not asked to hear from you.

What happens after 30 days?

We review the results with you. Then you choose: monthly management from us (the campaign, the replies and the weekly report) at a price we agree then, or you take it over. Everything is set up in your own accounts. More in the lead-to-appointment FAQ.
