How many appointments will your ad budget buy?
See about how many people turn up for an appointment each month, and what each one costs in ad spend.
The numbers are examples you can change. Aglocom sets up the ads, landing page and follow-up behind them: ₹45,000 for setup and the first 30 days of management (early-bird price). Ad spend is separate, paid to Google from your own account.

Follow-up often moves the result more than the ads.
Try raising “how many turn up” from 50 to 70. It often cuts the cost per appointment more than a cheaper click would. That is what quick replies and reminders do.
How this is worked out
- Clicks = monthly ad budget ÷ cost per click.
- Enquiries = clicks × how many out of 100 clicks enquire.
- Booked = enquiries × how many out of 100 enquiries book.
- Attended = booked × how many out of 100 booked turn up.
- Cost per attended appointment = budget ÷ attended (plus ₹45,000 if you include Aglocom’s first-month fee).
- Customers = attended × how many out of 100 who turn up become customers. Ad spend per customer = budget ÷ customers.
Counts are rounded to whole numbers and costs to the nearest ₹10, because real months vary more than that.
| Example | Budget and click | Enquire / book / turn up | Gives about |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clinic (dental, skin, physio) | ₹40,000 at ₹60 | 8 / 40 / 70 in 100 | 15 a month, ₹2,680 each |
| Specialist care (IVF, surgery) | ₹75,000 at ₹150 | 6 / 35 / 75 in 100 | 8 a month, ₹9,520 each |
| Real estate (site visits) | ₹1,00,000 at ₹50 | 4 / 15 / 60 in 100 | 7 a month, ₹13,890 each |
| Coaching (counselling) | ₹30,000 at ₹35 | 6 / 30 / 65 in 100 | 10 a month, ₹2,990 each |
| B2B / consultant | ₹50,000 at ₹200 | 4 / 30 / 80 in 100 | 2 a month, ₹20,830 each |

About the calculator.
Are these numbers benchmarks?
No. The business types fill in example assumptions so the calculator shows a result when the page opens. They are not industry averages and not a forecast for your business. Replace them with your own numbers under “Adjust assumptions”.
Where do I find my own numbers?
Cost per click is in your Google Ads account. If you have not run ads yet, Google Keyword Planner shows bid ranges for your keywords. Out of 100 clicks, how many enquire: enquiries divided by ad clicks. Booking and turn-up rates: your enquiry sheet, CRM or appointment diary over the last two or three months.
Why cost per attended appointment instead of cost per lead?
Because a cheap lead that never turns up still costs you money and time. Most businesses know what they spent on ads but not how many enquiries became meetings, or what each meeting cost. Cost per attended appointment links your ad spend to the conversations that can turn into sales.
