Real estate lead generation

Real estate lead generation agency: from enquiry to site visit

Aglocom runs Google Ads and a project landing page for developers and channel partners, makes sure every enquiry gets a quick reply and a call, and reports cost per site visit every week, not just lead counts. Setup and the first 30 days of management cost ₹45,000. Ad spend is separate.

Free, 30 minutes, no obligation. If we can’t help, we’ll say so.

How it works

From first enquiry to site visit.

Each step passes the buyer to the next, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

  1. Advertise

Google Ads for your registered project, aimed at buyers searching your area and budget.

  2. Collect

A project landing page with price band, location and RERA details takes their enquiry.

  3. Alert

Each enquiry reaches a named person on your team at once, with a backup.

  4. Reply & qualify

An instant WhatsApp reply, then your call on budget, location and timeline.

  5. Site visit

Visit booked, reminders the day before and that morning. Weekly cost per visit.

The problem

Plenty of enquiries. Too few site visits.

  1. Cheap leads that never visit.

A campaign can double its leads and produce fewer visits, if the extra leads have the wrong budget, the wrong area or no plan to buy this year.

  2. Good leads go cold.

An enquiry lands while your team is on site. By the time someone calls back, the buyer has spoken to two other projects.

  3. No idea what the ad money bought.

You know the spend and the lead count. You don’t know how many enquiries became visits, or what each visit cost.

Results

Different sector, same system: ads, page, fast follow-up.

₹260 → ₹67

Cost per sign-up, as we improved the same campaign over three rounds.

People who signed up for an online session and then joined it.

Days → hours

Time from sign-up to first call, after we fixed the follow-up (1–4 days down to under 7 hours).

The 30-day pilot

One project. One working system. One fixed price.

Real estate is new for us, so we run it as a fixed-price 30-day pilot: a weekly report from week one, and after 30 days you decide whether to continue. Your team approves the ads and takes the calls.

This is for you if
  • You are selling a RERA-registered project, as developer or channel partner.
  • You can set a monthly ad budget.
  • Someone can call each enquiry within minutes.
Not the right time if
  • The project is not registered yet.
  • There’s no ad budget yet.
  • You want someone to make sales calls for you.
We set up and run
  • One Google Ads campaign, written and managed for 30 days
  • A project landing page with your RERA details
  • Instant WhatsApp reply to every enquiry, sent to the right person on your team
  • Site visits scheduled, with reminders
  • A weekly report on cost per site visit, and a day-30 review

₹45,000 Early-bird price for the first three businesses: setup and the first 30 days of management. Ad spend is separate, paid to Google from your own account. Current terms

Compliance

RERA-ready by default.

Every ad, landing page and WhatsApp message we build follows the RERA Act and your state authority’s rules before it goes live.

Section 11(2) of the RERA Act, 2016 requires a registered project’s ads to show its registration number and the authority’s website. Under Section 61, a promoter who breaks it can be fined up to 5% of the project’s estimated cost. In June 2026, TG RERA fined a Hyderabad developer ₹7.59 lakh for a newspaper ad without the number, even though one of its plot buyers had placed it (Deccan Chronicle).

On every ad and page
  • Project RERA registration number, in clear text.
  • The state RERA authority’s website next to it.
  • The QR code where required, as in Maharashtra.
  • For channel partners, your own agent number too.
  • No ads before the project is registered.

Not legal advice. Read the RERA rules for ads, with sources.

Questions

A few details before we speak.

What does a real estate lead generation agency do?

It brings in enquiries from people who may buy your property, usually through Google Ads and a project landing page. A good one also makes sure each enquiry is called quickly, qualified and booked for a site visit, and reports cost per site visit rather than only cost per lead.

Do our Google Ads need the RERA number?

Yes. Section 11(2) of the RERA Act, 2016 requires a registered project’s advertisements to show its registration number and the state authority’s website. Every ad and page we build carries both, plus the QR code where the state requires one. Details are in our RERA rules section.

How many site visits will we get?

No one can honestly promise a number. It depends on your project, price, location, budget and how quickly your team follows up. We note where you start and report every week, so you see exactly what the pilot produced.

Who pays for the ads?

You pay Google directly, from your own ad account. Our fee covers our work. We’ll suggest a monthly budget on the call.

What happens after 30 days?

We review the results with you. Then you choose: monthly management from us (the campaign, the follow-up and the weekly report) at a price we agree then, or you take it over. Everything is set up in your own accounts. More in the lead-to-appointment FAQ.
